Nx250 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the terms governing the use of the nx250 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms may be updated from time to time.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the nx250 platform, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision in this document, you are not permitted to use our platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and nx250 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these terms will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
Users must be at least 18 years of age to use the nx250 platform. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
2. Account Creation & User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on the nx250 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information may result in the immediate suspension or closure of your account. nx250 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time to ensure the accuracy of the information provided.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. nx250 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account by a third party. Please contact our support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

- Update your password regularly for added security
- Enable two-factor authentication where available
3. Platform Usage Rules
Users of the nx250 platform are prohibited from engaging in the following while using our services:
- Using automated software, bots, or third-party tools to manipulate games or the betting system
- Abusing promotions or bonuses in a manner inconsistent with the intended purpose of the offer
- Engaging in any form of fraud, manipulation, or activity that threatens the integrity of the platform
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activities
- Attempting to access restricted areas of the platform or other users' accounts without authorisation
- Distributing unlawful, offensive, or harmful content through the platform
Nx250 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of breaching these rules and to take appropriate action, including suspending or closing the accounts involved.
4. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the nx250 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Supported payment methods include local bank transfers, DuitNow, and e-wallets listed on the platform's deposit page.
Deposits must be made using an account or payment method registered in the same user's name. nx250 does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit suspected to have originated from a third party may be held pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests will be processed within the stipulated timeframe once identity verification and all relevant conditions have been met. nx250 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals for investigation purposes if any suspicious activity is detected on the account.
All transactions are subject to the minimum and maximum limits set by the platform. These limits may vary by payment method and are subject to change from time to time. Users are encouraged to check the latest information in the platform's deposit and withdrawal section.
5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
Nx250 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform, including financial losses resulting from game or betting outcomes. All gaming activities carry financial risk, and users are solely responsible for their own decisions.
Intellectual Property
All content on the nx250 platform — including logos, designs, software, text, and graphics — is the exclusive property of nx250 or its licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, or use such content without prior written authorisation.
Third-Party Links
The nx250 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience only, and nx250 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites.
6. Account Policy, Term Amendments & Applicable Law
Account Suspension & Closure
Nx250 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if the user is found to have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions. Any remaining balance in an account closed due to a violation may be forfeited, depending on the nature of the breach.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the nx250 support team. Account closure requests will be processed once all pending transactions have been settled.
Term Amendments
Nx250 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the website. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
Applicable Law
